INTRODUCTION
• The hydroponic system allows large quantities of food
to be planted in places that would naturally never be
fertile or useful (Ortiz M., 2017).

PROBLEM STATEMENT
• The global demand of agricultural
products will increase 100-110% from
2005 to 2050 (Monsees, H., et al; 2019).
• In the state of Puebla it is observed that
from the year 2000 to 2019 the population
has had a growth of approximately 25%
(INEGI, 2015).
