• The customer sales feedback should be
analysed to identify possible reasons of
returns especially with Godrej
Brand Regional Sale Analysis

• We can infer that Godrej has the biggest market


share in Delhi only. So, Company needs to find
out whether is it marketing issue or service issue
which leads to less sale in other cities.
Buyer Region

• Kenstar has the lowest market share while


comparing with other companies.

• Phillips has no sale in Chennai region. We need


to analyze probable reasons to leverage
geographical advantage.

• Whirlpool has very low sales in Delhi region


though sales in the other regions are very high.
Whirlpool need to strategize market strategy to
penetrate in Delhi region.

• Loading all the data from external source to excel
• Creating Pivot tables for different parameters
• Creating Charts based on the analysed data of Pivot Table
• Using the data from different pivot tables and combining those to draw meaningful
conclusions
• Presenting the conclusions in clear and concise maanner
Veda Can prepare a report in Following manner:

• Report on Sales of various Washing Machine Companies in different regions by which India
Mart can develop a regional strategies to increase revenue and sales (unit)
• Sales of Washing machine of different company and its co-relation with rating to identify
possible areas concerning the customers
• Return request analysis to identify the companies causing maximum returns and identify
possible issues 
• Rating and price analysis report to identify their co-relation for different brands 
• Gender wise sales and rating report to analyze the preference of the customers
