WHY THE CAA AND NRC ARE NEEDED ?
We need CAA so that the minorities that is the non Muslims living in our neighbouring

India.
The legislation will benefit the marginalized and give them a dignified and respectful life.
The NRC is important for national security as these illegal immigrants can be a great threat for
the nation .
ADVANTAGES OF CAA & NRC
The benefit of the act is that migration of the communities to India from the three countries would be
pardoned.
They could apply for Indian citizenship if they can demonstrate a physical presence in India for 5
years.
The government would be sending a message to the future illegal migrants that they are not welcomed.
CONCLUSION
Both the CAA and NRC are different from each other and both are necessary for us.
CAA is needed so that we can help the marginalized communities of our neighbouring countries
and NRC is needed to stop illegal migration and infiltration in our country .
