WHAT IS AN AGREEMENT?
 An agreement is made when two people reach an
understanding about a particular issue, including their
obligation, duties and rights. While agreement is
sometimes used to mean contract legally binding oral or
written.
WRITTEN AGREEMENT
 A written contract or a written agreement is the printed
document signed by both the parties involved in a deal.
These parties are the lender and the borrower, the service
provider and the user of the services, or the property owner
and the beneficiary etc.
