How Does a Wood Saw Mill Functions ?

THE ARRIVAL :
Wood logs arrive the mill in vehicles, basically
in  tractors. Workers load off the vehicle using wooden
branches and other tools.
LET'S LOAD :
Mill workers taking out the
stored wood logs to load on
tricycle and to take it to the
machine.
TIME TO POWER : DUM LAGA KE HAISA ! 
They either load it on a tricycle or roll down the logs with
force to make it reach its destination.
LOADING :
Once the wood log reaches, the machine staffs load it on a pulling rail car (of horizontal
trolley machine)  with the help of wooden tools.
LENGTH BREADTH:
After the proper fitting of wood log,the next step is to measure it cross sectionally {left
and in length {right} .
RATIO N PROPORTION :
On horizontal trolley machine, staff fixes
measurement and size ratio for the wood to be sliced.
PULL: The rail car (right) is being apulled by another worker using log puller machine.
 PUSH :
The sliced woods are kept aside (left) and
again the rail is pushed back for next slicing
(right).
SHARP: Another important part of the saw mill is the Vertical Bandsaw Machine.
'Mistry' or the machine staff ,sharping the blades,using hand tool (left) and using grinder
machine (right).
WE ARE READY TO
CUT :
Another worker , tighting
the saw blades for proper
cutting.
 FINAL CHOPPING:
On this machine ,woods to be cut goes through same process of
measurement but they are pulled by hands instead of machines.
ARRANGEMENTS:
The final product(left) that is the required
sizes of woods, being arranged by another
worker(left) .
 TAKE OFF ...BYE:
The chopped wood, loaded on
vehicle is ready to reach the
places of its use.
