Inclusive Performance Marks
• Branch wise analysis of branches to be shared to inform them what they
need to do in order to improve their MPI with subsequent follow-up as a
facilitator

• All Branches which are near to 60 Marks in MPI to be specially focused to


ensure at least 50 % Branches are above 60 MPI Score.

• Efforts to ensure that not more than 30 % branches are below 50 Marks

• Efforts to be prioritized in area’s which provide maximum increase in MPI


Score with minimal efforts
Absolute Current & Total Deposit
• Visit existing/potential Clients along with BMs to further strengthen our relationship.

• Tap customers which were previously maintaining good deposit in Current


Account/SA/NIDA/TDR to revive old relationships.

• Regular Client Visit Reports from BMs

• Visit/Convince Government departments who are opening assignment accounts with us


to shift their employee Salary Accounts to NBP(USP*).

• Tap Educational Institutions for fee collection accounts and provide them cash
management services
• Visits to Big IDG Advances clients to market our Liability & Asset products for their
Employees etc.
NBP App & Debit Card Activation
• Instruction to branches to get card activated there n then upon delivery to the
customer.

• Train Cashier/Teller to market NBP Debit Card & Mobile/Internet Banking to all
visiting clients . (At least in big branches designate a staff to guide and activate cards and app)

• Immediately : BM & BOM to ensure NBP app registration/Debit Card of all Staff
members

• Provide List of Delivered ATM Cards which are not yet activated to Branches for
making calls to get them activated
Banca Business
• Celebrate Banca Day in branches in collaboration with Banca
Partners .i.e. Jubliee, EFU, Adam Jee.

• Pitch Banca assurance to all customers of Personal Loans .i.e.


Advance Salary & Gold etc.

• Awareness session in Branches regarding personal benefits/


Prizes to Branch Staff for selling Banca and its impact on overall
branch profitability.
Saibaan & LCH
• Conduct awareness session at Government Departments and Private
Institution who are maintaining their salary accounts with us.

• Visit Low Cost/Regular Developers for routing potential clients to NBP.

• Posh Locality branches to target clientele and market NBP Saibaan to


potential borrowers.

• CAD facilitation + BLA ( Low Disbursement(8 M)vs Sanctioned
