Maintenance interval change for

machine equipped with hydraulic
hammer :
On these machines the hydraulic oil
deteriorates faster than for normal bucket
digging operations. Set the maintenance
intervals according to the table on the
right.

Replacement of ECO White Hydraulic Oil Filter

• Replacement interval for the new ECOWHITE hydraulic oil filter element is
1000 hours without breaker use.
• Set the oil level in the hydraulic oil tank to the lowest possible level by
extracting boom, arm and bucket cylinder.
• Allow the element to drain in the tank before replacement.

Replacement of Hydraulic Oil

• Replacement interval for hydraulic oil is 5000 hours without breaker use.
• Set the oil level in the hydraulic oil tank to the highest possible level by
retracting boom, arm and bucket cylinder.
• Now drain the oil from the tank.
• Allow the element to drain in the tank before replacement.
• Add new hydraulic oil.

ECO White Hydraulic Oil Filter

The ECOWHITE filter element has an

increased capacity and longer replacement
intervals.
It was introduced with the PC228US-3for the
first time.

Hydraulic Oil Tank

Volume : PW200/ 220-7: 190 Litre

• The maintenance interval of the hydraulic oil filter is increased from 500 to 1000 hours due
to the use of the ECOWHITE filter element.

Fuel Tank

The volume is increased on PW200/ 220-7 to 370 litre.

• A water separator is provided as standard.

Swivel Joint

New swivel joint design incorporates electrical connections for the attachment solenoids
and face seal O ring connections for better sealing.

Engine Breather

There is an engine oil collector mounted to the end of the engine breather hose.
Excessive engine oil must be drained from time to time at the bottom of this collector.
