BALLROOM
Ballroom Dancing is a great way for people of all ages to get in shape
and stay fit. Dancing has many positive health benefits and is a
wonderful activity that will benefit your mind, body, and spirit. Dancing
will improve your health and fitness, mental acuity, and social
connections.

Position
Partners are facing
towards each other. Can
be standing close,
offering hand, but no
touching will occur
between the man and the
lady on this position.

One Hand Swing
Position
The partners are facing each
other but has some distance
between them. The lady's left
arm is raised at shoulder level
and so does the man's right
arm. Touching each others
arms. The right hand or free
hand of the woman is rested
and also the man's left hand.
Has a motion of "pull against
pull."

on Position
Man and lady are positioned
side by side facing the same
direction. The lady's right hand
is joined with the man's left
hand in front. The man's right
hand is on the lady's waist
while the lady's left hand is
resting on the right shoulder of
the man. Left foot of the man
and right foot of the lady is a
step forward.
