AEROBIC ACTIVITIES
• Aerobic activities are also
called “cardio” exercise.
• These activities increase our
heart and breathing rate
• Cause us to sweat profusely
and breathe harder
RESISTANCE EXERCISE

Exercises require the


muscle to contract against an
external load in order to
improve muscular strength,
muscular endurance and
bone strength.
STRETCHING EXERCISE

Increase the elasticity


of the muscles and
tendons surrounding
the joint in order to
improve flexibility.
