Team Building program
 The program is planned to engage the participants to learn : -
 Fun learning by Creating Trust and being Trustworthy, Fun learning and Team winning
 Understanding and caring for internal Customers and having fun together
 UNFREEZING, UNFOLDING and Synergistic teaming with Conflict resolution with mutual
respect and Open Team communication
 Engaging in HEIGHTENED PHYSICAL & MENTAL AWARENESS with LOTS OF FUN
PROGRAMME : SUGGESTED TEAM LEARNING ACTIVITIES

 Activities
– Human Ladders : The group is divided into 3 groups and they run a race – transporting 3
persons of their group. It brings in new ideas, Planning, Teamwork, Effective tactical
planning , Getting in active competition with fair means and finding alternates to achieve
higher levels by open communication and collaboration.
– The Time Bomb: Time Bomb is a fun activity on a Time-bound Bomb disposal with
the help of the group. The group has to put their heads together and devise methods
of bomb disposal keeping a lot of self control . It’s a High energy activity to engage
teams in challenging their own expectations, limits and targets. Requires high
degree of self control, restraint, quick planning in changing situations. Bonds teams
together thru fun and PHYSICAL & MENTAL AWARENESS of each other.
– Trust Fall: An activity which brings out the thrill of a free-fall. It removes all the
fears from the minds and creates high trust levels amongst the team members.
Needs guts and real heroism, replenishes trust in self. Throws open unlimited
challenge to go beyond self belief and regenerates trust in team.
- Spider’s web : Compels people to plan and cling together through the maze to cross
over to the side. High energy closing activity, Evolving team connect & networking thru fun
HEIGHTENED PHYSICAL & MENTAL AWARENESS TO MANAGE FUN TARGETS
- Jungle Trek : Takes the teams through ups and downs of the jungles near the resort.
Brings back the trust and cooperation of teams as they cross a river together. (Subject to
proximity of a trek route/jungle/hills etc.)

 The Maximum stretch : Stretching beyond and challenging own limits in a team
competition.
 The Team competitions : Team completions between 2 teams over 6 activities
like;
 Moon walk
 Restricted Handball
 Ball drop
 Max stretch etc.
SESSION FLOW CHART

 Training flow :-

 9 – 9 30 AM – Assembly, Program Intro and Kickoff

 9 30 – 1 PM – OBT Session 1

 1 – 1 30 PM – Lunch

 1 30 – 3 45 - Session 2

3 45 – 4 Tea

4 – 5 30 - OBT Session 2

5 30 PM – 6 PM – Recall, Team Learning, Feedback and closure


COMMERCIALS FOR THE PROGRAM

 Total Investment for each batch works out as follows:-

 INR 30,000/-per day + Applicable GST

 Training investment includes only :

 Professional fee for 2 outbound trainers and associated Adventure equipment

 Training design and Outbound Training material

The cost does not include

 Local travel of 2 trainers to the venue/resort/hotel, Venue fees and participants


travel and stay, Facilities at the venue etc.
