Code of Conduct
A code of conduct is the most common policy within
an organization. This policy lays out the company’s
principles, standards, and the moral and ethical
expectations that employees and third parties are
held to as they interact with the organization. A
code of conduct is an integral part of compliance
efforts as it provides documentation that an
employee or third party has violated company policy
if illegal activity arises. Let’s explore what a code of
conduct means and the impact it can have on an
organization.

conduct themselves without any prejudice towards any person and they should
work in the best interest of the company .
In Hindustan Unilever ltd. members are expected to avoid personal activities and
financial interest , they should not misuse of their post and power.
Laws of the land- In Marico ltd. Marico promotes and strives to ensure compliance with the applicable
laws in each territory that they conduct their business. Members shall also adhere to
internal rules and regulations as they apply in a given situation

regulation of the land .
Bribery and Corruption- In Marico ltd. Each member should always follow the meritocracy and
compliance with the laws of the land. Company discourage bribery and
corruption in any and all forms
In Hindustan Unilever ltd. It doesn't give or receive , whether directly or
indirectly bribes or others improper advantages for business or financial
gain
