We recommend using Scrum if:  We recommend using Agile if: 
 The project requirements will change and grow   The final product isn’t clearly defined
 Continuos feedback Is necessary  The clients/stakeholders need to be able to change the choice
 You have to figure out how to do a large part of the effort  Changes need to be realised during the whole method
because you haven't done it before  The developers are flexible and can think independently
 You don’t need to obligate to a fixed announcement date  You need to enhance for fast deployment

 You need to bring software on a regular basis

We recommend using Waterfall if:   The final product isn’t clearly defined
 You don’t expect changes in scope and you’re working with fixed-  The clients/stakeholders need the ability to modify the
price contracts choice
 The project is very simple or you’ve done it many times before  You anticipate any kind of changes during the project
 Requirements are very well known and fixed Fast deployment is the goal
 Customers know exactly what they want in advance
