point that is chosen for a specific service that will enable the costumer to remain relevant and
competitive in the industry frequent Promotion to our services with the help of advertising will
we use to promote our services .Managers in the industry control the 4 P’s and in turn, can
satisfy customers in their target market. Pricing objectives branch out into two areas. Profit and

business district in PATTANAMTHITTA. PATTANAMTHITTA is a rural community with a
population of 27,45,428 residents and is the central community of District.and there are currently 90
hospitals including community health care, primary secondary tertiary hospitals and medical colleges
This section of Highway MED-CLEAN® Medical Waste Recycling is heavily traveled because it
intersects with Highway connecting with major places across the city. So reach to our office can be
increased this will increase our revenue med-clean will purchase a vacant building along the highway
for setting up the office
• For MED-CLEAN® Medical Waste Recycling to experience success as soon as operations begin, it
is critical that the waste disposal initiates the development of company assets directly upon the

• . to establish chain contact between hospitals
• . develop a standerd design
• . Secure or begin process to obtain logo trademarks, website domain, and mobile applications, Satisfy
all legal and organizational requirements
Contigency plan
• While careful planning was involved in setting the strategic goals for MED-CLEAN® Medical
Waste Recycling , it may be that these goals are not met. The drugs have decided to set a zone
of acceptability for meeting sales and financial objectives. For both sales and financial
objectives, a 10% negative deviation from expected sales and projected returns on assets will be
accepted. However, if sales objectives and returns on investment are less than 90% of
projections, certain actions will be taken. These actions include:
• For unacceptable sales levels during the first year: MED-CLEAN® Medical Waste Recycling
will combat this problem by doubling in-store promotions of various services will personally
arrange and carry out these promotions on weekends. If progress do not increase within one
month of the primary promotions, MED-CLEAN will advertise in the weekly hospital circulars
of the city for one month.
Contigency plan
(Cont.)
• For unacceptable progress levels in the City and rural: After 6 months of marketing services in these
two metropolitan areas, progress will be evaluated. If not meeting acceptable sales levels, MED-
CLEAN® Medical Waste Recycling will consider contracting with local marketing specialists from
the City and to carry out the in-hospital promotions and push the services to the hospitals. This
contractual relationship will be based upon sales thereby providing incentive for the specialists to
generate sales of our services.
• For unacceptable business liquidity: In the event that the business lacks liquidity, MED-CLEAN®
Medical Waste Recycling will examine their accounts receivable procedures to ensure that payment
periods are just and that payments are being received in a timely manner. Also, cash flow projections
will be reviewed to determine if unforeseen cash layouts/expenses are undermining the financial health
of the enterprise.
• For unacceptable returns on equity: If returns on assets and owners’ equity fall below acceptable
levels, MED-CLEAN® Medical Waste Recycling will first examine and compare the per-unit costs of
services and marketing with sales prices. If the margins are too thin, a price increase for services sold
in specialty will be considered. However substitutes already exist at lower prices, the lost sales
resulting from a price increase may make this option unsuitable for services in other waste disposal
companies.

Assumption about revenue
•A moderate estimate of revenue assumptions places MED-CLEAN® Medical
Waste Recycling services at a minimum of 10 healthcare facilities. The plan of
GreenCare is to initially target smaller healthcare facilities. The capacity of the
plant equipment is 3 tonnes/day; however, in the first 3 months, the assumption is
the plant shall not function at full capacity. The plan is to expand our consumer list,
with each passing day, and when the plant functions at full capacity (3 tonnes/day),
the revenue generated is estimated to be about $272,100, when the charge is about
an average of
•$100/Kg. Initially, the facility plans to process at least half a ton of medical waste
per day, with an estimated revenue of $45,350 per day. The annual tax rate for a
business the size of GreenCare is estimated to be 8.84%
Conclusion
•With the prodigious increase in the generation of healthcare waste, the primary reasons being
increased population, increase in healthcare services and healthcare facilities, and increase in
disposable medical products coupled with the promising services provided by MED-CLEAN®
Medical Waste Recycling , our company will prove to be a very attractive solution for medical
waste management. With innovative technology, and eco-friendly methods of processing medical
waste, MED-CLEAN® Medical Waste Recycling is sure to attract bigger clients with promising
business opportunities.
•With extensive research, it has been concluded that the medical waste processing unit shall
be located in PATTANAMTHITTA, KERALA, given the relatively cheaper prices for land
acquisition. Even though the start-up costs, and monthly expenses seem high for MED-CLEAN®
Medical Waste Recycling business plan, it is estimated that the breakeven point shall be achieved
within the first 3-4 months. MED-CLEAN® Medical Waste Recycling is very optimistic of its
business plan and aims at expanding its business from the profits gained
