The Department of Health recommends the public to take precautions.

It is Covid Free
still the most effective method to defend ourselves against COVID-19 COMMUNITY

PREVENTION OF
COVID-19
WEARING OF FACE MASK
When you are out in public, especially inside or when
physical distancing isn’t possible, wear a mask. Masks that
are properly fitted are found to help prevent the virus from
spreading from the person wearing it to others.

WASH YOUR HANDS

Clean your hands often. Hand washing was regarded as one of the
easiest and most efficient methods of reducing health concerns. To
stop the spread of COVID-19, along with other COVID appropriate
behaviors, the practice of handwashing at regular intervals is a must.

ALWAYS DISINFECT
Surfaces and air have been decontaminated using this method.
Hands can also be disinfected. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer if
soap and water are not available. The virus may be efficiently
removed from domestic surfaces with regular washing and
disinfection treatments.

MONITOR YOUR HEALTH

Everyone should be encouraged to take their own temperature
frequently to monitor their health. If you become unwell, you can use
a fever-reducing drug to lower your temperature and reduce the risk
of being contracted by a virus.

KEEP SOCIAL DISTANCING

Practice one-meter physical distancing and limit physical interaction.
These measures keep individuals physically apart and prevent contact
with contaminated surfaces, while also fostering and maintaining virtual
social connections within families and communities.

LET’S GET VACCINATED

Vaccines imitate the virus that causes disease and cause the body to
produce antibodies will provide protection once a person is infected with
the actual disease-causing virus or bacteria. Even if COVID-19 is
contracted, vaccines protect children and adults from becoming critically
sick.
