» There are 12 questions in this section. They measure the culture on six
dimensions. 
» Each dimension has four alternatives which have to be given a score on a
scale of 1 (Lowest) to 100 (Highest), such that the sum total of all four
alternatives comes to 100.
» For example: Under a particular dimension, if you think statement A is highly
similar to your organization, B & C are somewhat similar but B is
emphasized more, and D is hardly similar, you might give 55 points to A, 25
points to B, 15 points to C and 5 points to D. Sum total of what you rate for
the four alternatives in each dimension should be 100.
