 Theoretical Framework
The first part of the conceptual framework is about the profile of the small business
industries. Then the second part is about to determine the financial performance of small
business industries in Tarlac City during the Covid19 pandemic to know what are the
factors that affects the financial performance of different small business industries around
Tarlac City during the Covid 19 pandemic.

Small business industries should always have their emergency funding, stable connection
with their suppliers, and practical and tactical strategies for navigating the uncertainty and
risk especially prevalent in today’s pandemic-filled business environment.. The third part
will be used to determine the recommendation that can be proposed to small business
industries.
