MCAPS Customer Success DS and A (Kepler)

It is one of the important streams of MAQ Software created to help Microsoft’s CSU. MCAPS team specializes in business
intelligence. MCAPS stream is divided into multiple projects – Scrum Reporting and MACC Power Apps.

• This project is responsible for driving growth and increasing revenue of Azure, which is Microsoft’s Cloud business.

• MACC Power Apps is a recent project started as a spin of MACC Scrum Reporting. The primary focus of this project is to
allow CSAMs and CSAM-M to create a consumption plan to meet customer objectives and priorities.
• The consumption plan allows the CSAMs to get insights into their customers consumption of Azure services.

• Azure Databricks (ADB): It is a data analytics platform optimized for the

Microsoft Azure cloud services platform.

• Visual Studio: Microsoft Visual Studio is an integrated development

environment (IDE) from Microsoft.

• SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS): It is an integrated environment for

managing any SQL infrastructure.

• Power BI: It is a business analytics solution that lets you visualize your data and
share insights across your organization or embed them in your app or website.
 Technologies used in MACC Power Apps
• Microsoft Power Platform:

 Power Apps is a suite of apps, services, and connectors, as well as a data

platform, that provides a rapid development environment to build custom
apps for your business needs.

 Power Apps Studio is the app designer used for building canvas apps.

 App designer for model-driven apps lets you define the site map and add
components to build a model-driven app.

• Power Automate: Microsoft Power Automate is a service that helps you

create automated workflows between your favorite apps and services to
synchronize files, get notifications, collect data, and more.

• Dynamics 365: It is a set of intelligent business applications ERP and CRM

that can help you run your entire business and deliver greater results
through predictive, AI-driven insights.
 Conclusion
• MAQ Software adopts cloud first approach along with agile methodology for software
delivery. This allows MAQ Software to be a leader in providing data analysis and Business
Intelligence services.

• It allows seamless integration of different technologies and provides extremely quick

delivery of services to the clients.

• As a part of this internship, I got a hands-on experience in the latest technologies in cloud
computing and data analysis.

• By working in different projects and delivering the clients requirements, I also learnt time
management skill.

• All the technologies learnt are very relevant today and have an extremely bright scope in
the future.
