• Victor’s solutions and ideas to issues are obsolete and out of touch.

• Victor needs to understand that the business processes are always changing due to the

• Victor is accustomed to what he is doing, and new generations are coming in – new techniques,
solutions, and needs. These are the changes he is not willing to adjust. (Aijah)
• Victor as head of the division – his leadership is not good; he should know how to listen to
other employees so that he can make better plans. He must not force what he wanted.
