C. ANSWER OF THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS.

1.The colour picker tool helps you to pick a colour from one part of the
figure and fill the same colour in any other part of the drawing.
2.The rotate of flip tool is used to rotate the whole drawing or selected
part of a drawing to 90 ° and 180 °.
3.The magnifier tool is used to view a picture in the magnified form. It is
used to zoom in or zoom out on a part of the drawing.
D. Distinguish between the following.
1.Rectangular Selection:
It is a selection tool. It is used to select drawing or a part of drawing and perform various operations on the selected
part like cut, copy, resize and rotate/ flip.
This tool is used to select a rectangular shaped area of an image.

Free- form Selection:

It is also a selection tool. It is used to select a part or the complete drawing in ‘free- form’ shape.

2.Cut & Paste: To move the selected part of the picture completely to another place in the clipboard(Working area)

Copy & Paste : To move only a copy of the selected part of the picture to another location in the clipboard or to make
many copies of the same.
3. Opening a new file :
To open a new untitled document to work on a new project.
Open the MS Paint Document
File tab → New
An Untitled document opens
Opening a saved file :
Click on the file tab→ Open → ‘ File Name’
