DOCTOR WHO POSTER RESEARCH

Mood board
For this mood board I have decided to try and
create a thirteenth doctor poster from doctor who
but turn it into sci-fi horror. Instead of a brightly
coloured poster, mine will have dark and dull
colours which can be related to death and evil.
 Mind map
I have decided to use Mutiple poses for
this photoshoot which will all be directly
focused on the sonic screwdriver
I will be used dull colours such as black and

grey except for the bright orange which will
be the focus of the photo on coming from
the sonic screwdriver.

I will be taking the photos in both

portrait and landscape and using
both to edit the outcome.
Technical skill notes
I used a DSLR camera to take the photos for this shoot with the camera settings
of 1/125 sec, F/6.3, ISO: 100. I edited all the photos using photoshop and I was able
to create my own dark version of the thirteenth doctor who posters.

Evaluation and improvements
For this photoshoot I took the photos using both portrait and landscape but
decided to only use the ones taken in portrait as they provided a better poster
outcome. If I were to do this photoshoot again, I would change the poses that the
model used as I would like to have a bit more choice when it came to editing the
photos as they all looked the same.
