Analysis (PROBLEM AND GOALS)
1. Problems:
The issue that has been identified is the large amount of inventory held by the company,
which the current system has difficulty managing at times, as well as the large amount of
movement of inventory held by the company.

2. Goals:
The objectives themselves are to develop a better inventory system to meet the needs of the
company in terms of managing its inventory and ensuring that all of their items are properly
documented.
ANALYSIS (FEASIBILITY STUDY)
In our business, through our studies, we have obtained information which in our food storage
area, the majority of businesses that run the UMKM (small and medium microfinance).

Not only that, in the vicinity of our area, we have a huge profusion of f&b business
commodities, and therefore, the focus of our storage space, we focus on food and the like, and
by our central-center positioning position, we are optimistic that we will be able to hit our
markets properly.

Therefore, our business placement project, which we feel is quite appropriate, and, as well as
the future prospects, we are optimistic that the f&b commodity elections in the area will
contribute to the increase in umkm activity and impact our company.
 SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
The system requirement for the new system is that it must have an intuitive user interface that
does not require extensive training, support, or documentation. Integrations with third-party software
and automated features that eliminate the need for manual inventory updates and inputs. This
system's critical features include a dependable and secure database that provides accurate and real-
time data, performance that enables rapid, actionable inventory monitoring and control, and the
ability for administrators to easily add software modules with minimal configuration to make the
system scalable.
