Article 3
Every individual has the
right to receive an education
According to a survey provided by INEGI 2015, in Mexico, 45 out of 100
people are under 25 years of age, which means they are of age
potential for schooling. “Every individual has the right to receive an
education. The State - Federation,
States, Federal District and Municipalities. Preschool, primary and
secondary make up basic education; this and the upper average will be
Mandatory.
Article 16
Nobody can be bothered in his person,
family, address, papers or
possessions

We know that we should not affect anyone at any


aspect, but this article reminds us.
“Nobody can be bothered in his person, family, address, papers or
possessions, but by virtue of a written order of the competent
authority,
that founds and motivates the legal cause of the procedure ”.
Article 24
Everyone has the right to
freedom of religious convictions

This freedom
includes the right to participate, individually or collectively, both in public
as in private, in the ceremonies, devotions or acts of the respective cult,
provided that they do not constitute a crime or offense punishable by law.
No one will be able
use public acts of expression of this freedom for political purposes,
proselytism or political propaganda ”.
Article 39
National sovereignty resides
essentially and originally in the
people
It implies that the people have the control of our
government. The idea is
that democracy intervenes through voting and the
election of decrees
proposed by the individual who exercises said
government.
Article 6
On the manifestation of
ideas
"The manifestation of ideas will not be the subject of any judicial
inquisition or
administrative, but in the event that it attacks morality, private life or
Rights of third parties, causes a crime, or disturbs public order; the
Right of reply will be exercised in the terms provided by Law.
Right to information will be guaranteed by the State ”.
Article 1
Every individual will enjoy
the Guarantees
the article mentions the obligation of the authorities
within the scope of: “Promote, respect, protect and guarantee the Rights
Human in accordance with the principles of universality, interdependence,
indivisibility and progressivity. The State must prevent, investigate,
sanction and repair human rights violations, in the terms established
the law"
