Well, Don't worry!! You don't need a
paper to write on with this.

You can write anywhere with this pen.

Even in the air
How does this pen works?

• The pen works on a motion-sensing technique

• Whatever you write with this pen will directly be noted on to

soft file in your phone or computer or cloud according to
your set preferences.

• You can just swirl around the pen in the air and that design
would be created exactly onto your soft file

• When you see a very good sketch and you want to have it for
your own, just hover over the outlines of the original and a
copy of it will be ready for you

 Disclosure of the Invention
• A stylus pen used to take notes through motion sensors
• Laser technology combining with the motion sensor will send the data of
the movements of the pen
• Microprocessor installed in pen used to interpret the data and convert
into meaning full text
• The microprocessor sends the interpreted data to the cloud or phone
application, or computer application set as per the user
• This data would be sent through Bluetooth in case of phone and
computer
• In the case of the cloud, data is stored in the memory installed in the
pen and as soon as it gets connected to the wifi, it uploads it onto the
cloud

Drafting a Patent
A draft is prepared to make it ready for filing the
patent
 Applying for the patent
Filing of the patent in the prescribed manner is carried out and
submitted to the patent office
Fees of Rs. 1600 or 4000 or 8000 is submitted for the patent filing
depending upon the size of the entity applying
The patent application gets published at the end of 18 months

Examination by the patent office

A request is to be submitted through Form 18 to the Indian Patent
Office for examination of our application
The draft and report submitted to the Indian Patent office is
thoroughly examined by the officers

• Objections can be raised from other inventors when the
application is in the process and pending with the Indian
Patent Office

• Objections need to be answered and novelty is to be proven

by the applicants
Patent Granted

• After meeting all the above requirements, patents

will be granted for the innovation.

• The patent will be valid for the next 20 years and

will require a renewal post that period
