Project Brief:
• The Boston Scientific Corporation (abbreviated BSc) is a worldwide developer,
manufacturer and marketer of medical devices whose products are used in a range of
interventional medical specialties etc. Its Indian subsidiary, Boston Scientific India Pvt.
Ltd. is engaged in manufacturing and supplying medical devices. Its products used to
diagnose medical conditions including heart, digestive, pulmonary, vascular, urological,
women’s health, and chronic pain conditions.

• Descaling the facility spread across 1.5 floors to 1 floor by increasing the headcount on
this floor.
• A value engineering exercise to suggest possible alternatives of construction in all

• Xerox is an American corporation that sells print and digital documents products and services
in more than 160 countries.
Project Uniqueness:
• Savills was appointed as Design and Build partner for refurbishment of their office at 6th floor
in Vatika Business Park, Sohna Road Gurgaon.
• The project was designed after understanding the business requirement from xerox team, to
cater to the organizations changing business requirement and round the clock operations.
• Most of the samples and materials selected are being supplied from within NCR Region to
avoid any delays due to import, considering the pandemic situation.
• The project required extensive coordination with all stakeholders as its a refurbishment
project, and many items are being re-used to save cost.
• Being a refurbishment project, the key challenge was to commission the new UPS using
existing infrastructure with minimum down time of the server. This was planned well in
advance and was handled very well by the project team.

• As this was their first expansion in India, it required close coordination with their global
teams to incorporate their global design standards.
• Close coordination with all technical teams like IT & AV, Security etc from the client based

• Being the corporate office relocation owing to the business growth, project required an

Project Brief:
• DBS Bank Ltd is a Singaporean multinational banking and financial services corporation
headquartered in Marina Bay, Singapore. The company was known as The Development
Bank of Singapore Limited, before the present name was adopted on 21 July 2003 to
reflect its changing role as a global bank.
• Project Uniqueness:
• The client gave Savills a strict timeline of 60 days to complete the facility as the lease of
the office in Delhi was due to expire in April ‘21. Savills ensured that the project was
completed on time despite various challenges from the landlord
• The project required extensive coordination with the DLF team for the approval of the
drawings and also during the construction phase. Building posed a great challenge during
the execution phase since the building was operational. Maximum work was done
between 2200 HRS and 0500 HRS.
• The facility also houses the Treasury cabin, a room from where the investment team of
DBS works. The room had a massive power and data requirements to cater to the room
and the computer systems.

• The client is a British automotive brand founded in 1920’s, headquartered in Longbridge,
Birmingham, England.
Project Uniqueness:
• One of its kind training centre for MG, this centre is equipped with various kinds of
demonstration equipment's and tools to facilitate training- both physically in the
classroom & workshop area and virtually through PTZ camera and interactive display in
virtual classroom.
• Being a centre for educational purposes, the cost of the project and operational cost was
to be minimal and optimized. The design was done keeping this brief of the client into
consideration, and not compromising on the overall look and feel of the centre.
• The project required extensive coordination with all stakeholders for implementation of the
standards.

• McDermott International, Inc. is a Panamanian-domiciled multinational engineering,
procurement, construction and installation company with operations in the Americas, Middle
East, the Caspian Sea and the Pacific Rim.
• The client already has multiple offices in the same campus. Was an expansion and the job
was awarded basis the past relationship that the team had with the client.
• The project has been handed over to client in Nov’20 for operations.

• Internal staircase to enable internal connectivity in the multi-floor facility.
• There were some leakages from the façade and the floor above, due to which works had

Project Brief:
• The Michael & Susan Dell Foundation is dedicated to transforming the lives of children living in
urban poverty through improving their education, health and family economic stability. It has
offices in United States, India and South Africa.
• MSDF was having existing office in Commercial Tower, JW Marriott, Aerocity, Delhi and wanted
to add 2 meeting rooms and renovate the Reception and few meeting rooms area at same floor.
Project Uniqueness:
• The project required extensive coordination with other stakeholders for implementation of the
brand as well as technical global standards.
• Having constraint of 30-40 construction days and execution to be done in working office, Savills
planned each activity week wise and divided the teams to work in phases for achieving the

• The client is one of the fastest growing online travel portals in Asia.
Project Uniqueness:
• The project involved extensive coordination with client’s Stakeholders based out of different
parts of the world – USA, London, Singapore and Hong Kong.
• Considering that the client was the last tenant to occupy in the building, it was an extensive
challenge regarding permissible working hours from the landlord, storage of materials,
manpower planning, logistics etc.
• Majority (~80%) of the finishing materials selected by the architects were imported and required
before hand planning and extensive procurement tracking to ensure timely delivery of materials
at site.
• Interconnecting staircase – This involved major structural modifications works and execution of a
Truss system to suspend the staircase from the slab.

Project Brief:
• TaskUs has quickly transformed into an international outsourcing organization with now
17,000 employees and offices across the U.S., Philippines, India, Taiwan
and Mexico. TaskUs opened their 1st office in Indore in Oct last year and is focused on doing
content management. TaskUs chose Indore as the site of their first location to bring jobs to
where people want to live.

• The site has extraordinary recreation areas with vibrant color schemes, unique architectural
features , places for relaxation, collaborations and fun zones
• Acute value engineering process to give maximum cost benefit to client.
• There were multiple stake holders in India, Philippines & USA with whom our team

comprehensive training and bench marking.
