My visit to Frankfurt for the 2014 Auto

Show was great. This was the 65th edition
of the fair. It took place from September
25th to October 2nd in Hanover, Germany.

I arrived in Germany on Tuesday, 23rd of

September, two days before the start of the
event. I flew from New York to Frankurt. I
enjoyed the flight a lot.

I arrived at the exhibition center on

Wednesday, which was the first day of the
show. There were outdoor and indoor
exhibitions and lot of visitors.

I first visited the electric cars pavilion.

There were several exhibitions by different
car makers. I enjoyed them all.
The place was full of people because the
cars were really amazing.

A few days later, I attended a presentation

about the cars of the future. The exhibitors
showed a 3D clip about new technologies in
car manufacturing. These exhibition was
very interesting too. They even had a see-
through model car made in glass.

Before the end of the show, I had the

opportunity to do a drive test of a very
modern vehicle.

I traveled with a group of visitors to a nearby

circuit. We chose our favorite car and drove
along the circuit for several minutes. I felt
like a real race pilot!

Before leaving Germany, I had to try the

local food: sausages, of course! During the
last day of the show, I visited one of the local
restaurants. I ordered the Frankfurter
Würstchen which means “The little
Frankfurt saugage” It was absolutely
delicious! I also had a sauerkraut (cabbage
in vinegar) and a beer with it. These are the
usual sides that German people eat with
sausage.

My visit to Bogotá for the 2019 construction

trends fair was extraordinary. This was the
12th edition, it took place in corferias and
lasted for 5 days from September 1 to
September 5 in Bogota, Colombia.

I arrived in Bogota on September 1 from the

city of Cali, it was a very pleasant trip.

sustainable constructions.

I visited for the first time the pavilion of

innovative materials for construction. many
suppliers and construction companies held
exhibitions of different reulized and
environmentally friendly materials.

constructive trends of the future. The
exhibitors showed new technologies. This
exhibition was also very interesting, they
showed the intelligent building constructions
of the home automation and Inmotics type,
we found the iteration of the technological
component in the physical infrastructure
with the concept of energy saving, comfort,
automation.

Before the end of the exhibition, you see the

opportunity to buy some products presented
at the fair and some gifts for my girlfriend
and friends, enjoy the tour of the different
corferia pavilions.

I was also able to enjoy a concert with many

Colombian artists, meetings of construction
engineers in which he was able to do some
business to implement environmentally
friendly materials in some projects, I felt
very happy.

Before leaving Bogotá, I went for a

walk with a friend, we went to a
shopping center where we enjoyed a
delicious coffee, we went to the
planetarium, the el campin coliseum
and to watch a movie and we had
lunch a delicious ajiaco typical dish of
the city of Bogota.

The last day when the fair ended, I had a

rich rib broth for breakfast.
She finally returns to Cali on September 5,
with many gifts for my girlfriend, friends
and family and very happy with this
experience.
