From the interview, what
have you learned about
assessment as learning?
Assessment in learning is done every after the conduct of testing among the
students. This will be the basis in determining whether the student has
understood the lesson or not. It is the continuous engagement and evaluating
of the person's performance in his learning. Assessment is essential for the
students. Assessment is a critical component of education because it helps
students learn. Assessment can also benefit and motivate students, just as
assessment helps students, and assessment helps teachers.

How did the teacher
conduct assessment as learning in his/her class? Do you
think it is effective or
not?
In our interview, each teacher has a different approach in conducting assessment. We summarize it into five:
1. Asking probing questions.
2. Use of graphic organizer.
3. Make formative assessments.
4. Performance tasks relevant to the lessons being learned.
5.Creative Writing to address the objectives or competencies.
All of this are effective as long as the techniques used are aligned with the lessons. All these techniques will help
determine the students understanding and mastery of the subject

In the future, what are the
techniques that you will use
based on the interview? Why?
As we reflect on our interview, these things are the techniques that we will use in the future in conducting assessment
1. Asking probing questions.- Probing questions will determine the idea and understanding of the student about
the topic.
2.Use of graphic organizer. - Using graphic organizer will also promote deeper understanding about the topic
3.Make formative assessments. - Making formative assessments are also helpful to the students especially to the
teacher because these will be the basis of the teacher if the students are ready to take
the summative assessments.
4.Performance tasks.- Performance task provide students' need to work more independently and to encourage them
to pay attention to the quality of their work. This also enable the teacher to efficiently provide
students with information on the strengths and weaknesses of students'works.
