My daily routine
My name is Fatima and my daily routine is simple, in the morning
I get up at 6:30 am and then I get ready for school I eat breakfast
at 7 am and after I finish I go to school, at 2:30 I come home from
school and then I change my clothes and play with my phone until
the lunch is ready, after the lunch at 4 pm I do my homework
when I finish it I take a nap for an hour, when I wake up I go with
my sister to walk in the garden and play with the cats, when I
come back I help my mother to dinner, at 9 o’clock after the
dinner I take a shower and then go to bed at 10 pm, in the
weekend my routine is completely different.
Technology
Technology plays an important role in our lives and helps in accomplishing most of
the work. There are many advantages to technology that are difficult to list all at
points, but we will mention some of them as follows
Shortened the time and effort spent in many of the work we used to do on a daily
basis, such as electrical appliances at home. Now we can work and study online.
Transportation has become easier We can now travel between countries in hours
compared to the previous era They used to travel in days and months.
Also, communication in the previous era, everyone used to communicate through
paper messages that reached people within days and months different from now, as
they arrive in less than a second through phones.
The technology of our time is beautiful, but its fault is that we use the Internet
excessively and that is not good for us, the development continues to amaze me day
after day.
Sport
Sports is an important thing in our lives, we need it to be better and free from
diseases.
Among the benefits of exercise is that it increases energy and stamina,
strengthens bones, and reduces the chances of developing osteoporosis. Sports
strengthen the muscles and increase the activity of the heart and lung
capacity. Sports increase the flexibility of joints, tendons, ligaments and all
tissues that increase agility. Exercise significantly improves the functions and
functioning of the digestive system, Kinds of sports. Running and walking
strengthen the muscles of the legs. Exercises give strength and tension in the
body, as well as lifting weights that strengthen the bones and increase their
endurance, and there are many sports that I did not talk about
So we have to make sure that we exercise every day to make our bodies
strong and healthy.
My favorite city
Tokyo is the capital city of Japan, It is a modern and
crowded city, there are 13.96m people lives there, Tokyo is
famous for temples such as sensoji temple and Meiji
shrine, there are three seasons in Tokyo, summer, winter,
and spring, in winter it rains every day, the best time to go
is in spring and summer because the temperature is
moderate, don't forget to visit Tokyo imperial palace and
Tokyo Disneyland, you should visit it because it is a very
interesting city to fun
Corona pandemic
The Corona epidemic has had a huge impact on our lives. When
the virus reached Bahrain, they imposed a curfew throughout the
kingdom, and schools stopped for two weeks until it spread
quickly, and schools stopped teaching for a whole year, but they
used the study online, and most of them were afraid to go out so as
not to get infected, the streets became empty and do not roam
Anywhere.
Our lives became very difficult after the epidemic, but after two
years, it became easier for us, and the rate of infected people
decreased so much that it was possible to roam anywhere without
fear.
