At first glance, we know the right answer long ago but, the proposed
response that is offered in this paper, is based on my Energy Density
Quantization Model, which indicates the potential truth of Tesla's claims
about the existence of his so-called “Non-Hertzian” waves that greatly
differs from the classical electromagnetic waves produced by H.Hertz

Russian scientist Vladimir Ljvovic Bychkov (Vladimir Ljvovič Bičkov), doctor of physico –
mathematical sciences, academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, one of many modern
theorists who questioned the validity of Maxwell 's equations in a form that gave them Henri
Hertz (Heinrich Rudolf Hertz ) and Oliver Hevisajd (Oliver Heaviside). Dr. V. Bychkov analyze
the possibility of establishing an analogy between the equations of hydrodynamics based on the

Frequency of 20 000 Hz corresponds to a wavelength of 1.5*10^4 m,

lower frequency limit of 6 Hz can be expressed as 5*10^7m
It is obvious that Tesla's wavelength range recommendation is almost identical to
the EDQ model predictions for stable object order k=9, we named Tesla waves!

loosely based on Einstein-Cartan theory and
some unorthodox solutions of Maxwell's
equations.
The torsion field concept was conceived in
the Soviet Union by a group of great physicists
in the 1980s. The group, led by Anatoly Akimov
and Gennady Shipov, began the research as
the state-sponsored Center for Nontraditional
Technologies.

Torsion fields also have the important characteristic of being affected by the specific

their attention on designing an apparatus which will impress a
current upon the earth and not waste the power of the plant in an
uneconomical process."
 Many of Tesla's ideas and patents were very advanced; they remain for the
future researchers and scientists to unravel. Presently, there is renewed
excitement about Nikola Tesla; many are turning to the father of free energy and
earnestly seeking alternative means to generate clean energy as well as revive
the electric car. Tesla, often attempted to introduce, into our society, totally new
ways of producing electrical power; however his new ideas were not accepted in
his own time.
In spite of this, Tesla did not allow himself to become a bitter, resentful nor a
negative person! Because of his advanced Inner Perception and spiritual nature,
he often remarked that his ideas—not readily accepted—would be taken up by
future generations. He said, "The scientific man does not aim at an immediate
result. He does not expect that his advanced ideas will be readily taken up. His
work is like that of a planter—for the future. His duty is to lay foundation of those
who are to come and point the way.“
There was a great deal of opposition to Teslas' ideas; his spirit was one of a
discoverer and inventor - not a materialist interested in huge profits! Against
tremendous odds, Nikola Tesla dedicated his life to the task of designing and
improving technology for the service and spiritual advancement of all humanity.

Tesla energy science was to introduce technologies that worked in harmony with

nature, without harming the environment and
especially not the living beings
“The present is theirs; the future, for which I really worked, is mine.”
Each theory may or may not be true - in
entirely or in a particular domain. However, the
numbers are inevitable and those with EDQ model
aspects and performed measurements, speak in
favor of feasibility of Tesla's words that he was
trying to convince his contemporaries that he "does
not work with Hertz waves but with waves of a very
different kind.".
According to all of my theoretical and
practical research, knowledge of ancient
civilizations are exceeded our present knowledge
greatly - at least in some aspects. Nikola Tesla
was one of the first scientists of this civilization that
seriously approached to their skills.
This work has aimed at re-affirmation of
the name and work of the undisputed genius of the
world, and thus the feasibility of his unrealized
projects becomes more likely.
