    • Px have no radiotherapy nor chemotherapy history

    Conclusion
    • Suggest urethra cancer with extension to
    • anterior wall of vaginal, posteroinferior bladder wall,
    subcutaneous region of the perineum, bilateral obturator
    muscle;
    with multiple inguinal lymphadenopathy;
     consistence to T4N2Mx urethra cancer
    • Chronic cystitis with bladder diverticulum
    • Tarlov cyst as high as S2-S3
    • Lumbar spondylosis
