the respondents
• Ho:- There is association between age of the respondents and opinion
of the respondents that they face payment issues in usage of E Wallets

Detailed Research Methodology
• Nature of Study – Empirical Study
• Sample Design- Convenience Sampling-144 questionnaires
were validated out of 160 responses received
• Tools for Data Collection- Primary data collected through
questionnaires using google forms
• Secondary data collected from magazines, research articles
and books
• Tools for Data Analysis-Percentage analysis, Weighted
average analysis, correlation analysis and chi square analysis

Implications and Significance of the Results

Conclusion
• In India the practice of green marketing, green banking, green
practices, green products, sustainable consumption are the recent
trends
• Cash less/Card less transactions are found to be hassle free and
safe ,despite of the technical issues.
• However it has been found to have its own limitations and not
been put to use effectively by all categories of people.
• Lack of Smart phones, lack of awareness and knowledge of
technology, poor literacy rate , fear of accepting the advancement
in technology, are some of the criteria which restricts the usage of
E Wallets by some sectors of people especially in the rural areas.
