PENYEBAB NYERI OTOT

 Posisi tubuh yang salah dan cara kerja yang tidak tepat
dapat menimbulkan rasa tidak nyaman atau keluhan. Jika
kondisi ini berlangsung lama maka dapat menimbulkan
gangguan Kesehatan salah satunya muskuluskeletal
disorder (MSDs).

 Banyak pekerja yang didapati bekerja dengan gerakan

statis, duduk terlalu lama, dan bekerja dalam posisi yang
tidak tepat. Oleh karena itu peregangan menjadi sesuatu
yang wajib dilakukan.

PENGERTIAN PEREGANGAN

 Peregangan adalah kegiatan melakukan gerakan-gerakan

yang bertujuan melenturkan atau melemaskan kembali bagian-
bagian tubuh yang kaku.

 Meregangkan persendian dan mengulur otot sehingga

persendian bisa bergerak secara luas dan dapat menurunkan
dan mencegah keluhan nyeri punggung bawah.
