pregnant. Presented at 16 weeks gestation with HIV stage 3.
started HAART. Delivered by elective CS at 37 weeks.

Conclusions
PMTCT service in Kassala is only
accessible to 10% of pregnant women.
More than 50% HIV test refusal rate
PICT detect 8% of expected HIV
positive cases
10% MTCT.
