organization like manufacturing product ,
packaging of product, marketing and selling of
product, distribution of product all this thing are
operations.all this activity and process which can we
manage and plan about it its called operation
management. All these planing controlling done by
our supervisor and managers of our organization. In
operation management we work in our output aur
action to done in best way and suitable manner .

convert the inputs ito the outputs. The inputs
are various resources like Raw
materials,men,machines,methods etc and
outputs are goods and service
