 EXAMINATION GUIDELINES
Make sure to be here at exactly 8:45am on Friday 10th July, 2020
i. Name: Students must write their full names at all times. Nick names will not be allowed.
ii. Camera: We want to reiterate that the camera must be on all through the examination. If a student refuses to leave their
camera on, the teacher will lock the student out after a single reminder. Students who are locked out after the reminder will
not be allowed to retake the examination. All examinations will be recorded.
iii. Devices: All devices must be charged before the commencement of the examination. Students must rename themselves with
their actual names when using devices which belong to other members of the family. Students must only log in with one device.
iv. Background noise: Students should able to work in a quite environment devoid of noise and little or no distraction. Also, the
environment should be properly lit.
v. Bathroom breaks: students should use the restroom before the commencement of the examination.
vi. End of examination: Students must remain seated with their videos on until the end of the examination and even if they submit
their script before allotted time. The invigilators will dismiss them thereafter.
