Information Technology, Jahangirnagar University, Savar,

Abstract
Our project entitled “Disease Identification
Management System” computerizes all the details
about disease symptoms and related diseases. It
automates the process of symptom entries as input and
maintains records effectively. The project has
information regarding disease details.
This project is easier to handle large volume of
information of diseases and it represents the basic
concept of file management and data structure. Disease
Identification Management System enables to find
diseases related to the given input or disease symptoms.
Introduction
Our project work entitled “Disease Identification
Management System” is an integrated information system ,
which addresses all the major functional areas of data structure
and file management system . Disease Identification
Management System enables to find diseases related to the
given input or disease symptoms.

In our project we open a file and struct disease information

including related symptoms . After naming and opening a file
we read and write data from a file and at last we close this
file.We search data from a file one by one or at a glance.Then we
call execution of the program.

Conclusion
Our Disease Identification Program runs smoothly and
correctly. We can easily get correct output of user
choice through it. We should use this program to get
related disease according to given input of symptoms
since the user given instruction. We are able to run
Disease Identification Program easily by this
