 Ready, Set, Write…
■ It’s time to start writing your poem. I can’t wait to read it.

■ You have two choices:

1. Create your poem using Microsoft Word. After you’re finished, you will have to
save to your computer and upload to the drop box.
2. Write your poem on notebook paper. After you’re finished, you will have to take a
picture of your poem, email it to yourself, save it to your computer, then upload to
the drop box.

– Be creative. Have fun!  You can use different colors, fonts, sizes, etc. to help bring life and emphasis
to your poem.
– You have the rest of time in class to work on this. IT IS FOR A GRADE AND WORTH A LOT OF
POINTS. If you don’t finish in class, make sure you get finished and turned in.
