– Make a recommendation based on the solution and create a strategy

– Why is it important (one or two paragraphs)
 Which is the dataset? Where did you get it from?
– Describe the Data Dictionary (details of variables along with a
sample of 5-10 observations)
 Which techniques are you going to use? (can change)
 What transformations to be made on the dataset? (can change)
 What is the expected outcome?
 A word file approximately 2 pages (Times Roman 11 font)
