Impromptu

Impromptu Remark is the one that a speaker

delivers without any prior preparation on the
topic.
Things to do in an impromptu speech:

• Plan: Make sure to plan an introduction, body, and a conclusion. If

possible, take a few moments to think about what you want to say to
introduce the topic and have some way of concluding. Fit your ideas
into that pattern.

• Consult yourself: Text yourself a few single words to remind yourself
of the important ideas.

• Outline: Do not try to remember the word exactly as it is but try
remembering the most important parts.

• Learn to pause: Be sure to stop when you have made your points.
• An Impromptu speech is on where the speaker
is given no preparation time at all.
