Spoken or Verbal
Communication: is the spoken
or written conveyance of a
message which includes face-
to-face, telephone, radio or
television and other media
Non-Verbal Communication:
describes the processes of
conveying a type of
information in a form of non-
linguistic representations.
Written Communication: Until
recent times, a relatively small
number of writers and publishers
were very powerful when it came
to communicating the written
word.
Visualizations: Visuals are often
used as an aid during
presentations to provide helpful
context alongside written and/or
verbal communication.
