HISTORY

EPD was founded with Joe Bennet, a powerful leader, at the head.
In the division, he was essential in instilling an entrepreneurial and
growth-oriented mindset. In, 1992 he died unexpectedly and was
replaced by Don Roger’s. At the time of his death, he was in the
middle of implementing a people-focused management and
organizational programme. Most people liked Don Rogers, but he
was viewed as a weak leader who failed to give direction and avoid
controversy. This managerial approach continued to expand
throughout the company.
