During last few years, there have been many Food Delivery Appication start-ups in India. This
is because many Indians have started straying from beaten paths. The attraction that conventional jobs
have no longer appeals to them. One of the places where start-ups are popping up is the online food
industry. People are now trying to replicate the success of Applications

• Dunzo is an online multi-service delivery app offers a wide range of services, including

 DIS-ADVANTAGES
• Dunzo is not available in every Metro city in India, Swiggy is in Beast mode covering all the
areas possible, where as Dunzo yet to spread its legs Service is not available in the entire city.
Eg: In Bangalore, few Prime Locations doesn't have Dunzo Service.
• Promotions are very Weak, They failed to grab more Customers before their competitors gain
momentum.
• Order Issues, Cant Upgrade Cart once it is Paid, Add on Option Could Have been better.
• Customer service is not up to the mark , Sometimes the Order is delivered too late, If
complained then Customer takes sometime to get resolution for this.
• Inventory Issues from Merchants, Items are not Available but app shows as items are
available. Fixing this issue is required.
• There is no chat-bot for User to resolve few common issues quickly during the task, as 2
minutes waiting period for operator takes more time.
 FUTURE ENHANCEMENTS

• Dunzo app can sale Food product, preferred brands, kitchen needs, essential restaurant supplies
and more, through this online, one stop Food store.
• It can provides you with a convenient way to sale from your Food shopping app.
• You can use this app as one big super market app to sale product of your store.
• This app make easy for user to buy product from store with easy steps and store can get easy order
such as Classified Products, Easy add to cart with one click , Manage Delivery Address Street
wise ,Choose Delivery time slot.
