resources.

Recommendations for reducing unemployment effects

Key measures taken by the state in its implementation of an active form of

employment regulation policy:

• Encouraging entrepreneurs to create new jobs;

• Supporting staff who have been released to acquire a new qualification or to upgrade
an existing one;
• Providing comprehensive support and improving the mechanism of public employment
services and employment exchanges;
• Assist in the development of small and micro-entrepreneurship and support the
initiatives of self-employed citizens.
CONCLUSION

 Unemployment is primarily a
macroeconomic problem.

 It is a threat to the economy, the

social sphere, and the population's
well-being.

 Measures taken by the authorities

should aim to maintain a balance
between economic and employment
priorities.

 To reduce its level, it is advisable to

develop and implement an anti-crisis
program to overcome the negative
consequences.
