CHEER JUMPS
Cheerleading jumps range from simple, quick jumps to more complex
contortions. Jumps are used at sporting events as well as cheerleading
competitions.

CHEER JUMPS
Cheerleading

TUMBLINGS
A form gymnastics that requires athletes to use their bodies to flip, twist, roll and
jump.

STUNTS
Defined as building performance displaying a person’s skill or dexterity.
(readiness and grace in doing the stunts)

PYRAMID
Creatively combining lifts, poses and dismounts. Ending up with a sort of mega
stunt that is visually impressive.
