RECOMMENDATIONS

● Ford Motor Company should continue to move into the direction of eco-friendly vehicle
due to the advancements in technology happening around the world. By doing this Ford
Motor Company will not fall behind in the automotive industry and stay competitive in
the eco-friendly vehicle market.
● Ford should continue to call out and attract younger generations. These younger
generations will want to turn to Ford when looking for their next vehicle, allows Ford to
stay afloat.
CONCLUSION

The Six Pack has researched Ford Motor Company and contributed to new strategies, new
markets and determining threats. We have conducted an environmental analysis using Porter’s
Five Forces Model, conducted a SWOT analysis, and completed a competitive advantage
analysis. Global market penetration, growth through innovation and technology, eco-friendly
vehicles, and cost reduction for supply chain and materials are all opportunities that will allow
Ford Motor Company to continue growing and staying profitable.
