Al Falah Ready-mix Qatar was established in 2014 in State of Qatar, subsidiary of Al Falah Ready-mix UAE, which
is a well-established and market leader ready mix concrete producer in UAE, founded by Chairman of Al Falah
Holding Mr. Zayed Falah in the year 1997. The first facility was set up Al Saad in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. With
headquarters in Masdar - Abu Dhabi and operating from strategic location in United Arab Emirates, KSA and Qatar
and the company is highly equipped with the latest technologies and machineries in the Ready Mix Concrete
Industry operating in the Emirates Abu Dhabi as well as the other Emirates.
The company’s profile, quality management system and remarkable technical achievements Have led to the award
of H.H. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed al Nahyan for Industrial Excellence in 2006.
Al Falah Ready Mix owns comprehensive range of Plants and Equipment’s, which includes a large new fleet of
trucks, mobile and stationary concrete pumps in addition to a large fleet of cement tankers and trailers with a
centralized workshop supported by a team of professional engineers and technicians. Al Falah Ready Mix
promises superior performance without compromise, with the unique advantage of being the only Ready-Mix
Company operating from strategic locations in the UAE where we operate automated concrete batching plants with
a collective installed production capacity exceeding 20,000m³ of ready mix concrete per day (6 million m³ per
annum).
Abu Dhabi’s Al Falah Energy Company (Masdar), the global leader in renewable energy technologies and
sustainability has rewarded the first phase (four years) of 800 Million Dirhams concrete supply agreement of
Masdar city (World’s first carbon-neutral and zero waste city) to Al Falah Ready Mix.
The award was based on Al Falah Ready Mix’s qualification through a rigorous ready-mix company operating in
UAE. At present, Al Falah Ready Mix is designing, started producing and supplying approximately two million cubic
meters of Ready Mix Concrete that is the only approved concrete to be used in Masdar city.
Al Falah Ready Mix is prepared to offer the latest technology available environmentally friendly ALFACRETE “IT
GIVES US PRIDE TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH THE MASDAR INITIATIVE AND MASDAR CITY”: the most
ambitious sustainable development in the world today.
Al Falah Ready Mix has successfully entered into successfully entered into successfully joint ventures with real
estate developers whereby both parties have benefited in terms of direct profits generated from sales and
indirect profits resulting from early completion of projects and uninterrupted supplies during the raw materials
crises in 2009.
Relevant Qatar legislation & MME federal laws related to the handling, treatment and disposal of wastes
produced from the main activities of AFRM Qatar.
AFRM-QATAR is environmentally sensitive and hence aggressively follows safe handling, storage and
monitoring practices for the nonhazardous waste in AFRM-QATAR facilities. AFRM-QATAR takes intensive waste
management steps directly and indirectly for its production facilities to adhere to superior and high-quality waste
management practice in accordance with MME requirements & other various law such as: Environment
Protection Law (3) of 2002 and its executive no 4 of year 2005, law promulgated by Ministry of Municipality &
Environment.

Description of the graphic chart 01

In the month January 2017 the total production was done 20,818.50m3 and concrete was recorded
954m3. Mean while in the every next months total production was going decreased till June 2017 and
total production was done 8273m3 and concrete waste recorded 404 m3 only. After June 2017
production graphs show that the production is again going up till Nov-2017 the total production was
done 12,161m3 and concrete waste recorded 422m3 only. In the last month of December 2017
production was only 7938m3 and waste concrete recorded 3.59m3 only.
As per the given information in the graphic chart 01 clearly state that the wastage of the concrete was
decreased as comparison with total annual production 2017.

Description of the graphic chart 02

In the month January 2017 general waste was zero , water consumption was 1866284 liter and waste
water was 1205820 liter. Till June the graph represent that water consumption and water was
2779000 and 712620 liter respectively. The last month of December 2017 water consumption was
746300 liters and zero wastage of water . The general waste was recorded .032 m3 in the month of
December 2017.

As the per the given information in graphic chart 02 it is clearly representing that waste of water was
also declined from the month of January 2017 to December 2017.
