EXPECTATIONS (Harapan)
• The Oxford dictionary definition of expectation is “a strong belief that
something will happen or be the case”.

GOALS (Target)
• The Oxford dictionary definition of “a goal is the object of a person’s
ambition or effort; an aim or desired result. It’s the destination at the
end of a journey”.
