• The role of each member becomes understandable, and helps to achieve the stablished
goals

• Personality conflicts between team members

• Instability in the group because of the constant changes
• Conflicts, tension and stress

• Before implementing the team-based structure, the company or the department must be
evaluated to determine if it is going to have positive or negative results. The multiversity
companies will have to struggle more with this type of structure, because of the
differences by each individual.

CONCLUSION

• The activity of a group of people working cooperatively to achieve shared goals via
differentiation of roles and using elaborate systems of communication is basic to our species.
• Increases the communication between leaders and other members of the organization.
• Allows to all members to share their knowledge and become more involved in the company
to do more tasks.
• Sometimes can be challenging because of the diversity of the employees that can led to
stress, and internal differences.
