• A table can be deployed to highlight all the possible risk along with their Impact and Frequency of occurrence
• Detailed planning is essential to creating a project schedule
• Create a project charter document for your client describing what your team will deliver
c) EFFORT ESTIMATION

Analogous approach

If in case we have a similar set of project already been

done, then we can go ahead with analogous approach,
where we will be using the previous project cost and
estimating this new project cost based on it.

• For effort estimates, we will use two techniques:

BOTTOM-UP estimating for the 15 modules where we have
all of the requirements documented
• TOP-DOWN estimation for the 5 modules where we only
have a broader view.
d) RESOURCE PLANNING

• Identification of Resources
• Forecasting Resources for each Module and scheduling according to timeframe
• Creating a detailed project timescale and resource schedule
• Setting resources according to Budget
• Forecasting future Planning

Module Testing

A module is made up of many programmes that are

related to it. Module testing is done to check the module
functionality and interaction between units within a
module.
