If in case we have a similar set of project already been

done, then we can go ahead with analogous approach,
where we will be using the previous project cost and
estimating this new project cost based on it.

• For effort estimates, we will use two techniques:

BOTTOM-UP estimating for the 15 modules where we have
all of the requirements documented
• TOP-DOWN estimation for the 5 modules where we only
have a broader view.
