illnesses, their symptoms, and what one can do to help himself without requiring professional treatment. Users
complete a few survey questions and are paired with the top specialist in that field, after which they can choose from a
variety of low-cost therapy packages.

The positive impact we believe our solution will have is that it will help break the stigma of mental health, and people in
distress will know they aren't alone in their distress and that people are there to help them, it will create a positive
environment for all age groups who require mental care and those who feel lonely, it will aim at reducing the number of
people affected by mental disorders.
