Permitted Items

Following are the permitted items in the examinations:-

(a) Admit card & School Identity Card.


(b) Stationery items i.e., Transparent pouch, Blue/Black Ball point pen, Transparent writing pad, transparent water
bottle, Only Analog watch

Barred Items

Following are the permitted items in the examinations:-

(a) Use of pencil is strictly NOT allowed and if used will be considered as Unfair means.
(b) Any Stationery items such as textual material, paper(printed/handwritten), pendrives, calculator, e-pen, scanner
etc..
(c) Communication devices, such as mobile phones, Bluetooth, earphones, microphones, pager, hand band, camera
etc..
(d) Other items like wallet, goggles, hand bags, pouches etc..
(e) Eatables
(f) Any other item which could be used for Unfair means.

 12 candidates will be allowed to be seated in a room.

 Rough work should be done on A4 size sheets provided in the examination room only.
The same to be submitted to the invigilator.

 Using question paper as a rough sheet is strictly prohibited.

 Any marking on question paper is NOT allowed.


Do’s and Don’ts
Related to Covid-19 Protocol
 All students to cover their nose and mouth with a N95 face mask; face
shield is optional.
 Physical distancing norms of 2 meter to be adhered to at all places within
the school premises.
  All students to carry small transparent bottle of hand sanitizer along with
them. They are also to carry their own transparent water bottles.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES
 The top section of the OMR sheet is prefilled by the
CBSE with student details. Student needs to check the
same and write “I confirm that all particulars given
above are correct” in his/her own handwriting in the
space provided.
 Student has to write the Question paper code in the
OMR upper right corner in the space provided.
 Student needs to sign in the running hand on OMR at
the designated space.
OMR AND COLUMNS
 OMR contains 4 significant columns.
 They are 1)Q.no, 2)Response, 3) “*” and 4) “#”.
 Q.no refers to the questions given in the question paper.
 Response column has the options a, b, c and d in the form of circles.
Candidates once confident about the correctness of reply should darken
the circle with a pen.
 The column “*” is given in the form of a BOX to write the response.
 The last column “#” is given in the form of a circle and this circle is to be
darkened by the candidates if they have not attempted this question.

FILLING THE ANSWER IN OMR
1. Mark the response by darkening the circle.
2. Write the response in a box.
3. Response has to be recorded both in a circle and in a box. Reply written in the box will
be treated as final.
If the box is empty and the response is marked in the circle, it will be considered that the
Question has not been attempted by the candidate.
If the response is given in a box and the circle is left blank, it will be considered that the
Question has been attempted by the candidate.
4. DO NOT LEAVE all the three i.e. 4 circles, box and last circle are blank, it can be
considered that the question has been attempted and no marks will be awarded.
5. If 45 questions are to be attempted out of 50 and all 50 responses has been
marked/responded by the candidate without darkening 5 questions in the circle given
under the mark (#) which is meant for question not attempted, only first 45
questions ..will be evaluated. The last 5 questions will be considered as not attempted
questions. In no manner best of 45 are not to be evaluated.
